Notion Workspace Builder
Role Overview:
As a Notion Workspace Builder, you'll focus on designing and developing structured, scalable Notion systems behind the scenes. You’ll bring clarity and cohesion to digital workspaces that power day-to-day operations, creating builds that are intuitive, efficient, and tailored to team workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and configure custom Notion workspaces based on provided process maps and functional requirements.
Structure databases, dashboards, templates, and relational systems to support different departments and use cases.
Apply advanced Notion formulas (Formulas 2.0) to power automations, calculations, and conditional logic.
Ensure every workspace is clean, consistent, and easy to maintain or scale.
Document structures and logic to support internal implementation and training.
Skills Required:
Strong experience in Notion system design and architecture.
Deep understanding of database relationships and Notion's core features.
Proficiency with advanced Notion formulas (Formulas 2.0).
High attention to detail and ability to follow and interpret structural requirements.
Ability to work independently and deliver clean, consistent builds.
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Curiosity and a proactive mindset around experimenting with emerging AI tools.
A library or portfolio of past Notion builds.
Familiarity with operations, workflows, or project management systems.
An interest in systems thinking and scalable design.
Collaboration & Impact:
You’ll work closely with the operations lead or project manager to turn mapped processes into functional Notion systems. Your work will serve as the backbone of client operations, enabling teams to move faster with greater clarity and confidence.
